So I have the rack now 1 month.
I create keien 5min on piece and need longer, but what does my fun on the bench this torture no demolition. It can be seen after only 1 month to clear up is also very erstten joy to my wife :-). Also, my back problems are as good as gone. I can only say I have a lot of fun on the part. Also who is to start very hard and difficult. I slowly Raise every day a bit more. It is're 10 years without the first sport I like and what gets "almost daily use" My practice currently after 1 month Level 2 (easy Fortgeschtitten) 1x 1:30 min (1min break) 1:00 min 1x 4x pause again 1min 30 seconds short break about 15ca. and again at level 30 1x 3

I'm sure that with time belly, legs and po taut, even despite advanced age. But above all things important to me that to alleviate pain. amazing!

This device takes the stress muscles and part of the rotators, the whole thing at a price of just 160 euros! I have seen this happen at a friend's device, very funny what you actually get for your money. I did not dare to use it myself.
